Quality
BENECKE is everyday generating more actions towards the improvement in its Quality Management System, looking forward to excellence in quality and in order to meet customers’ requirements in equipments and services quality. Some of these actions are:
- Definition of a quality philosophy, of objectives and goals that direct all the actions for the continuous improvement of the quality of the processes, equipments and services;
- * Description of the processes in procedures and instructions of documented jobs, in order to maintain the quality of equipments and services;
- Define a policy to purchase raw materials from suppliers that are certified by the ISO 9000 standard;
- A control over the equipment proyect in order to asure that the equipment final specifications are identical to those requested by the customer;
- Use specific standards for the projects execution;
- Control over the equipments manufacturing, observing:
- Parameters for the process control (machinery and equipments that process the materials);
- Pre defined quality standards;
- Identification and traceability of the equipment;
- Control over the non-conformities;
- Preventive maintenance;
- Use calibrated monitoring equipment.
- Periodical evaluation of the Quality Management System through preventive and corrective actions, and Internal Audits;
- Training is considered a fundamental issue for the company development. For this reason there is a massive investment in the education and qualification of its employees;
- The Quality Improvement process through Failures Prevention, started by Benecke in 1995, has the objective of awakening in its employees the consciousness of the need for improvement in the equipment final quality. This consciousness prepares people for problem solutions and improvement opportunities, aiming quality and productivity increase, both in equipments manufacturing and services, as well as in all the organization performance.
